What usually lands in the inbox:
- Prices move. A tasting shown from $23 (checked September 2026) can carry a different figure next week, since operators adjust for season, weekday and demand. Spot a number here that no longer matches the live booking page and it gets fixed.
- A write-up that no longer matches its listing. Itineraries lose a stop, operators pause a tour, an inclusion quietly disappears. If a half-day e-bike route with wine and cheese or a sidecar tour described here has changed shape or vanished from its live booking page, say so: it gets fixed fast.
- Got something wrong? Tell us. The details worth getting right here run from the obvious, such as which estates hold Grand Cru Classe status, to the small print: France sets the drinking age at 18, and the UNESCO inscription covers the surrounding vineyard landscape as well as the medieval village itself. Merlot dominates the appellation's reds, and some small-group trips collect in Bordeaux rather than in Saint-Émilion. Confirmed fixes normally appear on the site within a day or two. Bigger questions take longer. Whether a half-day e-bike route with wine and cheese beats a full-day trip with lunch depends on the traveller, and those comparisons get thought through rather than rushed. When an answer would help more than one reader, it goes onto the site instead of into a private reply. No newsletter follows up, nothing is sold afterwards, and email addresses stay with us.
